2024 Women Leaders Erin Asprec

Asprec is key to ongoing efforts to pivot the Houston-headquartered, 17-hospital system to a value-focused delivery model. Her initiatives have yielded savings of $1 billion over five years. She is the founding executive sponsor of Women Leaders of Memorial Hermann, which seeks to help participants achieve their goals through inspiration, mentorship, networking and service. Since WLMH’s founding, the percentage of women holding vice president, senior vice president and executive vice president or CEO roles at Memorial Hermann has increased.
