Lynne, 61, is responsible for Kaiser Permanente's Pacific Northwest and Hawaii regions in addition to leading its Colorado health plan. Her areas of oversight include more than 1.3 million members and a combined total revenue base of more than $7 billion. From 1998 to 2005, Lynne was executive vice president and CEO for managed-care organization Group Health in New York. Lynne also spent 20 years working in New York City government, including as first deputy commissioner in the Office of Labor Relations. She is also an adjunct associate professor of public health at Columbia University.
